As a Radar Systems Design Expert at Technical Futures, you will be responsible for designing and developing radar systems, including specifying hardware architecture, RF performance characteristics, waveform design, and digital signal processing algorithms. This will involve contributing to the analysis and modeling of radar signal processing algorithms and waveforms to ensure that our systems are optimized for performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop radar systems, including specifying hardware architecture, RF performance characteristics, waveform design, and digital signal processing algorithms.
  • Contribute to the analysis and modeling of radar signal processing algorithms and waveforms to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:
You must have a degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics, with industry experience in radar system design or satellite communication system design. You will also need strong mathematical and analysis skills, familiarity with the radar equation and its influence on radar architecture, waveform design, and signal processing methods, as well as knowledge of multi-function radar design and/or phased-array antenna design.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £70,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a generous bonus scheme and hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
