Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Danish Games Tester to join our team as a Linguistic Quality Assurance Expert. As a key member of our Localization Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of games and applications by identifying and reporting linguistic bugs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of games and applications to identify linguistic bugs and inaccuracies.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that bugs are fixed and implemented correctly.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure that games and applications meet the highest quality standards.
  • Participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure that Localization QA effectively tests and supports all features of the project.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Linguistic Quality Assurance.
Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in Danish.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Passion for video games.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Focus on quality and keen eye for detail.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
  • Experience with working with software tools in use for LQA testing (test case management and text editing tools).
  • Working knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ).
  • Knowledge in the video game industry and trends.
