The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at Deerswood Lodge. As a key member of our Catering Team, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious home-cooked meals for our residents.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in food preparation and presentation.
- Independently prepare hot meals and sandwiches for residents.
- Load and unload the dishwasher, wash equipment unsuitable for the dishwasher, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Collect and distribute crockery from/to care floors and clear tea trolleys as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policy and Regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
What We Offer
