The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead our personal lines brands and develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution, working closely with our Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment with business development activity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and budgets.
- Lead the personal lines brands in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, TV, and Radio channels.
- Work with our Insights and Analytics team to deep dive into performance data and identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our in-house design studio to create best-in-class campaign assets.
- Utilize customer data profiling and segmentation to drive improved campaign performance.
- Work closely with our marketing affiliates and partners to drive lead volumes and awareness.
Experience:
- 5+ years of Campaign Management experience across personal line products, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies.
- Significant experience specialising in marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
- Experience developing and delivering a campaign marketing infrastructure.
- Proven record delivering customer leads at a budgeted cost through a complex sales funnel.
- Strong understanding of developing core marketing.
- Hands-on campaign experience with a deep understanding of offline and digital capabilities, measurement, optimisation, trends, and technologies.
- Knowledge of working in a regulated market preferred but not required.
- Great communicator with experience working with stakeholders.
