We are seeking a caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant in Oxfordshire, providing support to children aged 0-5 from a local Military Base area.
About Us:
Easily accessible by bus, our nursery offers a real family feel, serving the community with a range of childcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set out play areas before children arrive, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Tidy up at the end of each session, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Assist with additional tasks as required, supporting the team to deliver excellent childcare.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Experience working with young children, understanding their needs and developing appropriate activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and parents.
- Good communication skills, building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Reliable and punctual, meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities.
Salary: £22,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
Location: Abingdon, Wantage, Berinsfield, Faringdon, Grove, and Swindon.
Age Requirement: 16+
