Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare assessment services to our clients.

About the Position
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic to drive meaningful outcomes. You will work closely with our team to conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized plans, and collaborate on service delivery.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Conduct functional capacity assessments to determine client needs
* Develop and implement tailored plans to support clients' goals
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Possess minimum one year of post-registration experience in a relevant field
* Hold full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN
* Demonstrate strong observational and communication skills

Benefits and Working Hours
* Competitive salary of £45,650 (OTE)
* Comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave
* 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), plus paid day off for volunteering and reimbursement for registration fees and support for revalidation
* Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
