About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Ruislip, UK. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication and perform other medical tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and a good understanding of client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
