Teaching Opportunities with Long-term Teachers Ltd

We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team of supply teachers. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools, teaching a range of subjects and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and mentor students in various subjects and areas of study
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership team or other teachers regarding student progress
  • Provide tutoring and additional support to students who require extra assistance
  • Implement special education accommodations and modifications as needed for students with diverse learning needs

Requirements:

  • PGCE/ QTS or QTLS
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience
  • An excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum
  • An empathic, caring and positive attitude
  • The ability to plan lessons if the need arises
  • Confidence to lead lessons
  • Experience or knowledge of SEN
  • The ability to manage the classroom
