Job Description

As a Coach Tour Driver, you will work an average of 219 working days and a maximum of 232 worked days, with an average shift length of less than 8 hours. You will be paid an Annual Salary of £30,500, with 29 days of paid holiday.

  • You will represent the Alfa Travel brand throughout the holiday, providing excellent customer service to our guests.
  • You will have opportunities to earn additional money by covering optional excursions and participating in our Quarterly safe driving bonus scheme.
  • We provide a full uniform, free accommodation and meals whilst out on tour, and a range of other benefits including funding for training courses and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
