Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and passionate Brow Expert to join our team in Tullamore, Ireland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and makeup services, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Deliver expert brow styling and makeup services, using our best-selling products to transform customers into better versions of themselves.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals through upselling and cross-selling, making connections with customers, and demonstrating products.
  • Support in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to our high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Requirements

We're looking for a team player who is passionate about beauty, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we'd love to hear from you.
