About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with HR and business leaders across EMEA, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

This role will focus on making strategic hires at various levels within our Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory teams in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referral management, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles within the Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory businesses.
  • Negotiate hiring terms and collaborate with stakeholders on total rewards packages.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to provide recruiting metrics for both internal and external reporting.
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive and active talent within Real Estate service providers, investment banks, and Real Estate private equity.
  • Develop new talent sources, proactively building and nurturing a talent database through initial outreach to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Global Recruitment team to create best practices and contribute to firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
  • Leverage technology to drive process improvements and simplify recruitment procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with expertise in search, Talent Intelligence, or Early Career recruiting.
  • Familiarity within the Real Estate Investment, Private Equity & Capital Markets sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with Workday and Avature is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills for talent mapping and pipelining projects.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
