About the role: Our prestigious restaurant, situated near Swansea, is a leading dining establishment in Wales. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will join our esteemed team under the guidance of our award-winning Chef Director. We offer a competitive salary package with a starting rate of up to £42,000 per annum, including gratuities. You will also benefit from a 4-day working week with extra days paid, as well as enhanced company pension plan and profit share program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Cook and prepare dishes to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Demi/Chef de Partie in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin Star environment.
  • Calm and mature approach.
  • Passion for cooking great local Welsh produce.
