CNC Machinist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Turner to join our team at Employment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will have expertise in operating twin turret and twin spindle machines using Fanuc or Mitsubishi control systems.

The role will involve overseeing smooth machining operations, promoting cross-training across the workshop, and supporting the development of team members to enhance overall productivity and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain twin turret and twin spindle machines.
  • Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure high standards of efficiency and precision in machining tasks.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced machinists.
  • Collaborate closely with the workshop team to drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will report directly to our Workshop Manager and will have the opportunity to be involved with a small dynamic company and to build on future opportunities within our growing business.

We are looking for applicants who can provide solutions to any situations that may arise and bring a positive 'can do' approach to their work.

In return, you'll receive a salary up to £40k DOE, flexible working hours, and early and late shift options, with half-day finish on Fridays. A 40 hour working week with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
