Senior Estate Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Manager with expertise in public sector estates planning, particularly in the health or life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the client's estate, ensuring optimal utilization and strategic development.
  • Oversee Estate Development Control Plans, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
  • Lead business processes for estate planning functions, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain robust information to support project delivery and implementation.
  • Support business development within the Strategy Life Sciences (SLS) team, fostering strategic partnerships and alliances.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and alliance building, with a strong ability to apply data-driven analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in delivering high-quality reports and presentations, with a focus on process improvement and compliance management.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in delivering Estate Strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field in the construction industry, with Project Management qualifications (Prince 2 / APM PQ).
