Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Sales Representative - Customer Engagement to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
Key Skills:
- Confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet when handling objections and deal with rejection.
- Self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
- Uncapped commission for top advisors (pro-rata).
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off.
- Excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
- Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance.
