About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling the people we support to live their best lives, while delivering person-centered care that is unique to each individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enable the people we support to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the local community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information that supports our people and ensures the delivery of effective support.
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes you observe in the needs of the individuals we support, contributing to their continued well-being.
  • Safeguard the welfare of those in our care and actively promote and maintain their safety.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Driver preferred
