About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Professional to join our bank as a Bank Staff Grade member. This role will involve working on a flexible basis to support the needs of our hospitals and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and support to patients in various settings, including wards, clinics, and emergency departments.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in an acute trust environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work variable shifts and respond to changing priorities.
