Job Description

We are seeking a driven Senior Associate to join our Debt Advisory Group. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of sectors and debt products, with an initial focus on the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Execution and Project Management: Support in the execution of transactions and project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Transaction Planning and Structuring: Contribute to transaction planning meetings and structuring discussions, providing expert advice on optimal capital solutions.
  • Marketing Materials and Financial Analysis: Produce and review high-quality transaction marketing materials and work on financial models and financial analyses.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and other third parties, providing exceptional customer service and value.
  • New Business Development: Assist with new business development by supporting on targeting and pitches, identifying new opportunities and building relationships.
  • Team Development and Training: Train and develop more junior members of the team, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Reputation Enhancement: Contribute towards consistent high-quality project delivery, enhancing Interpath Advisory's reputation in the market.
Requirements:
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Analysis and Presentation: Agility to convert analysis into various outputs, presenting results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: A high attention to detail with an ability to deliver written materials and analysis to a high standard and in a timely fashion.
