Finance Transformation and Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation and Transition Manager to join our team at Pro-Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the transfer of finance activities for a centre of excellence and driving the associated finance transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transition Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive change map outlining activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources required to transition finance activities from current to target state, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Lead the Execution: Manage activities, issues, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery to time and budget, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Change Management and Communication: Develop and implement effective change management and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate transition plans, progress updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, addressing concerns and resistance to change.
  • Process Optimisation and Standardisation: Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify areas for process optimisation and effectiveness, driving improvements in finance processes.
  • Technology Integration and Innovation: Partner with IT to ensure integration of technology solutions to support the transition, exploring solutions to automate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making within Finance.
  • Performance Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of transition activities, providing regular dashboards and reporting of performance against targets.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Collaborate with stakeholders to complete post-implementation reviews and lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading complex transition and transformation initiatives within Finance, and across a multi-national and shared services environment.
  • Track-record of developing and executing comprehensive transition plans.
  • Track-record of leading and motivating teams to drive change.
  • Experience in integrating technology solutions to support finance transformation objectives.
  • Track-record in facilitating change management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Strong experience of process optimisation, standardization, and automation.
  • Strong experience in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record in driving cultural change and building a change-ready organisation.
