Air Conditioning Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer Facilities to join our client 'City Facilities Management' team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk, assess the requirements of the job, and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by City management.
- Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
- Attend training courses as necessary to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.
Requirements:
- Multiple years' experience in refrigeration and supermarket experience.
- Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 qualification (Fgas Qualification).
- NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration or equivalent.
- Full, valid UK driving Licence.
