Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Respiratory department team. This role involves providing administrative support to Clinical teams and ensuring that patient pathways are tracked efficiently.

About the Position:

  • Co-ordinate the booking of clinics and admitting day cases
  • Deal with phone and email queries from patients and staff
  • Ensure patient tracking and escalation records are up-to-date on the Trust database
  • Collaborate with the Service Management team to deliver administrative processes and collect data for national audits

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
