As a Sales Consultant, you will visit clients and new prospects, identifying needs and tailoring specific waste collection and disposal services. You will be fully equipped with an initial training course, including field time with technicians and qualified field sales trainers.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven salesperson with excellent customer service skills, able to use their initiative while working independently. They will have a background in business development or customer service, and be proactive in seeking out new opportunities and managing their time effectively.

We offer a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, quarterly bonus scheme, regular incentives, annual event for top performers, and ongoing training and development. Our top performers earn over £30,000 in their first year, and top-performing Senior Consultants reach £60,000+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling long and short-term B2B contracts.
  • Developing leads through networking with other Rentokil Initial divisions.
  • Maintaining existing client/customer portfolios.
  • Presenting new products to existing clients.
