**Job Description:**

As an Electronic Systems Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing procedures, equipment, and methodologies to ensure products meet quality standards and performance specifications.

You will work from our CoE at Hemel Hempstead, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week. We can only consider UK-based applicants with Settled Status or a British Passport due to SC level clearance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop testing procedures, equipment, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success.
  • Support the development of high-quality, in-demand products sold into regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and automated test equipment.
  • Demonstrate fault-finding experience at the component level in the development and testing of cutting-edge electronic products.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in test development for complex systems, preferably within detection, aerospace, or similar industries.
  • A solid educational background in electronics.
