We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join Protocol Education Ltd in Newcastle. The successful candidate will work closely with individual students to provide tailored support.

About the Role
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and communication needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills.
  2. Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in working with students with SEND, ASC, and communication needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. We are looking for someone passionate about working with students with SEND and committed to providing high-quality support.
