As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our service users who live independently. Our team is dedicated to providing an extremely high standard of care, and we are seeking compassionate individuals who can support our clients with personal care, assist with medication, and help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or continue their career in care. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our pension scheme. Additionally, you will be entitled to 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and have the opportunity to participate in our refer-a-friend scheme.
You don't need any prior social care experience to apply for this role, as we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care. If you are resilient, willing to learn new skills, and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
