We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Hewell, a category B prison located in Redditch. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in a primary care setting
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare strategies and initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care
