The Role: Nursery Practitioner Level 3
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Nursery in Alderley. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care and attention to each child, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development;
- Planning and implementing engaging activities that stimulate learning and exploration, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework;
- Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a sense of community and belonging within the nursery;
- Observing and assessing children's progress, adapting activities to meet their unique needs and interests;
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that meets health and safety standards.
