Construction Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sub Agent on a new substation project in Beauly. The role offers excellent prospects for career growth and development within a leading construction firm in the renewable energy sector.
As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Site Agent in managing the construction project, coordinating subcontractors, supervising work packages, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource management, and subcontractor supervision.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of work packages.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and budgets, addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, including daily diaries, photographic records, and as-built drawings to document project activities and achievements.
Benefits Package
