About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and infrastructure across multiple commercial sites in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and fix plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages.
  • Install, test, and commission plumbing systems and equipment.
  • Carry out water hygiene tasks, including TMV checks, legionella monitoring, and testing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4) to cover emergency call-outs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • On-call Allowance: £150 per standby week.
  • Company Van: Fully equipped, including a fuel card.
  • Tools & Equipment: All tools and uniforms provided.
  • Work-Life Balance: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a commercial plumbing environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
