About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Delivery Lead to join our team in London. As a member of our growing team, you will work closely with colleagues and client teams to deliver high-profile projects and programmes.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in infrastructure project management, excellent leadership skills, and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects and programmes from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and develop project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, utilities, or other related sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP.
  • Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience.
