Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gas and Heating Engineer to join our Property team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heating systems, providing expert advice and guidance to our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our housing services.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You will be responsible for undertaking accurate installations, servicing, testing, works, and compliance certification, as well as communicating effectively with our residents and stakeholders. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake accurate installations, servicing, testing, works, and compliance certification
  • Communicate effectively with our residents and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our residents
  • Contribute to the overall success of our housing services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in all aspects of heating
  • Ability to undertake accurate completion of any required installations, servicing, testing, works, and compliance certification
  • Proven experience in dealing with the provision of central heating including boilers, controls, gas fires, radiators, and tanks
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, and suppliers to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to remain self-motivated whilst effectively managing a diverse workload under pressure to meet specified targets and deadlines
