We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Midday Meals Supervisor. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school meal service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support children during meal times, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
  • Work closely with our catering team to ensure the efficient delivery of meals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Contribute to the development of our school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of supervising children in a paid or unpaid capacity.
  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and the wellbeing of children.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
