Aldridge is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering exceptional client experiences.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive technical alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure long-term value for our clients. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating and updating technology plans and budgets to ensure clients' IT strategies are aligned with their business goals.
- Collaborating with other service delivery teams to develop solutions to client challenges and drive technical alignment.
- Working with the business operations team to develop proposals for projects and services that support clients' IT strategies.
- Providing expert advice on technical deficiencies that cause business risks and assisting clients in planning and budgeting their future IT investments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- 3+ years of experience in a technology consulting role or similar environment working with and presenting to business owners or executive leaders.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience, ideally in an MSP environment, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking concepts.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build a lasting rapport and effectively communicate with clients in high-stakes situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and isolation skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate clients to align technologically for success.
