Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality care and services that promote choice and independence for residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date care records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve the overall resident experience, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Engage with residents, relatives, visitors, and colleagues to gather feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the Home as required.
  • Develop and manage the unit staffing rota to ensure safe and appropriate staffing levels, with the correct skill mix.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of accidents and incidents, making recommendations for improvement.
