Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Parity Professionals. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new starters.

This is a minimum 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work 2 days a week in our client offices in South Wales.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under their own initiative. They should also possess good IT skills, particularly in MS Office, and be accustomed to working to tight deadlines.

In this role, you will provide critical support to both candidates and management throughout the onboarding process. Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate records, facilitating smooth transitions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
