We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our luxury retail company in Central London. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to various departments, including ownership of the P&L for cost centers, managing monthly accruals and adjustments, and maintaining intercompany reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Partner across multiple departments
  • Ownership of the P&L for the cost centers
  • Managing monthly accruals and various adjustments
  • Maintain the monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Monthly payroll adjustments for Casual Workers
  • Manage the Clothing Allowance schedule
  • Support budget holders across various departments to prepare budget and reforecast
  • Responsible for the management of two direct reports: Assistant Accountant and Finance Assistant, encouraging development and ensuring improvement of Accounts Payable KPIs
  • Support the wider Finance team
  • Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Passion for retail
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience
  • Retail or FMCG experience
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment required
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
