Caregiver for Dementia Patient

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to support a lady living with dementia in the Wantage area. The ideal candidate will provide assistance with medication, meals, and light home help tasks, while also promoting the client\u0027s independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the client with daily living tasks, including medication management and meal preparation
• Assist with light home help tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Encourage the client\u0027s independence and participation in activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the client

Requirements:

• Driver with a vehicle
• Ability to work a rotation of 1 week on and 1 week off, or 10 days off and 7 days on
• Flexibility to work on bank holidays
