About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Resort Safety Team as a Shift Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's safety and security functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of safety and security personnel to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement safety and security protocols to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on safety and security incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a safety or security environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security protocols, and ability to develop and implement effective procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
