About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, ensuring the highest quality of audio components in prestigious vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing in-development and in-production parts and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Conduct layout checks for components, focusing on audio components such as speakers, microphones, and amplifiers.
  • Collaborate with external partners to implement tuning parameters into unit configuration data.
  • Perform design reviews at key milestones to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Utilize Office 365 tools, especially Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
  • Develop strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess experience with speaker and audio components design, wiring, and vehicle tuning.
  • Familiarity with vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, A2B) and electrical/electronic architectures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
