Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Oversee contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Value Engineering: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or functionality.
  • Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures, addressing any variances to meet financial goals.
