As a Senior Practitioner at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional who has a strong understanding of older adult services, a minimum of 2 years' experience working within Mental Health services, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the service's management, contributing to the overall development of community-based secondary mental health services, and participating in the service bronze on-call rota as required. They will also be part of the Service Management Team and contribute to the overall development of the service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of service users. The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
