As a key member of our customer experience centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers from all over the world, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Inform customers of available deals and discounts, promoting our products and services.
- Assist with ad hoc customer enquiries, including order tracking, delivery information, returns, and complaints.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer experience centre.
