Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South Wales. Our client, a reputable specialist subcontractor with over 20 years of experience, delivers a diverse range of construction projects including concrete frames and bridge structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects at different stages
  • Ensure accurate cost control and financial management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on reinforced concrete projects
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence
