As a key member of the engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of new products, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting the demanding needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop new bioprocessing manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Create technical documentation, including technical files and project design and development records, in line with the company's governance process.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to create prototypes for testing and determine testing and process validation plans.
  • Analyze data from product development testing and provide summaries and conclusions to the project team.
  • Work with validation teams to ensure products meet industry standards.
  • Contribute to product cost and pricing discussions.
  • Work closely with operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues during planning and manufacture.
  • Evaluate equipment and processes to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage the transfer and procurement of new production equipment and support system integration.
  • Lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Engineering and/or qualified by experience.
