About the Role

This flagship department of our client firm has a well-developed, expanding, and ambitious client base covering the South of England and London. The team handles transactions of significant size and complexity, reflecting the firm's high profile in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a diverse caseload, including complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Provide leadership and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the Corporate & Commercial team
Requirements
  • 8+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
  • Ambitious with a drive to develop your own caseload and progress within the firm
  • Confident networker with the ability to attract and build relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Leadership and management qualities to support and develop junior team members
