Meat Specialist

At Booker Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Meat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Butchery department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and profit growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards in food safety and health & safety. You will work closely with the Butchery Manager and the department team to achieve this goal.

• Support the Butchery sales team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a range of benefits including:
