Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Land Surveyor to join our Tarmac Land and Natural Resources team. As a key member of the Estates Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the responsible management of our land assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to meet objectives related to mineral and land acquisition and development
  • Understanding and working to planning consents for mineral working, ancillary and added value operations
  • Delivering rental enhancement and built development opportunities while ensuring compliance with planning and tenure agreements
  • Gaining a clear understanding of land and mineral ownership principles, Landlord & Tenant relationships and T&CP policy and development control processes
  • Preparing and reviewing planning applications, including the review of specialist consultant reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full UK Manual Car Driving License
  • Degree in a relevant field such as surveying, geography or environmental science
