Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent with excellent verbal communication skills and experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate client records and comply with regulatory requirements on all matters
  • Adhere to processes and procedures for all service-related matters and escalate upwards as appropriate
  • Contribute towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the business
  • Handle the administration of organisational claims process
Requirements:
  • Previous phone-based Customer Service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Competitive starting salary of £27,500 with the ability to increase to £30,000 after successful completion of probation
  • Exceptional training – giving you all the tools to succeed throughout your NFS career
