We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Compliance Advisor to join our team. As an experienced professional in commercial real estate or related fields, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of environmental health and safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of asbestos management plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on asbestos management best practices.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a commercial real estate or environmental health and safety role.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and V lookups.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and able to create engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with CAFM, PM's, Asset Management, and Capital Planning is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic business finance knowledge is an advantage.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
