Job Title: Spa Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at The Cove Spa Altrincham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
- Provide guests with homecare programmes and consultations
- Explain services to guests and manage reception duties
- Supervise spa sessions and ensure all operational procedures are adhered to
- Manage point of sales, including retail, and check in and out of guests in a professional manner
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer service and treatment standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
